When a customer orders a product from your store, it's your responsibility as the store owner to process the order. This involves visiting the supplier's page, purchasing the product, and then shipping it either directly to the customer address or to a third-party warehouse.
Follow the steps below to fulfill an order
Start by accessing your Wix admin dashboard. Once there, navigate to the 'Orders' page. If there's an existing order, gather the following information:
- Identify the specific product that has been ordered.
- Determine the variant of the product, such as its color or size.
- Check the quantity of that particular product that has been ordered.

Click the "Import list" option on the side menu
Find the product you wish to fulfill and click on its title. (screenshot below)
This action will redirect you to the Amazon supplier product page.
On the Amazon supplier product page, proceed with the order process.
