In this guide, we're going to walk through how to easily request customer feedback for your Shopify store using the Zonify app. Zonify provides users with an effortless way to ask their customers for product reviews.
Log into your Zonify dashboard.
Click on the "Orders" tab to see a list of all your orders.
Find the order for which you want to request a review and click the 'request review' button next to it.
If necessary, personalize the pre-drafted email that appears. Press 'send' to send the review request to your customer.
That's it! Now all you have to do is wait for your customer's feedback.
